1. Order Processing

All in-stock orders ship within 3–6 working days (Mon-Fri, exclude holidays). We will email you tracking number once dispatched.

2. Shipping Cost

·         Standard Shipping: $5.00 per order, FREE for orders over $40

·         3. Delivery Time (Estimated)

US/CA: Standard 7–12 days | Express 3–6 days

UK/EU: Standard 8–14 days | Express 4–7 days

AU/NZ: Standard 9–15 days | Express 5–8 days

Asia: Standard 5–10 days | Express 2–5 days

Other regions: 10–20 days standard

4. Customs & Tax

Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare the real order value and will not mark packages as gifts.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier strikes or wrong delivery addresses provided by customers. All parcels have shipping insurance. Lost packages marked "delivered" by courier cannot be compensated.

6. Return Shipping

Buyers cover all return shipping fees. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
